NAMA PROPERTY SALES | ESTATE AGENTS LIST

In early 2012, NAMA intends to try and sell 750 residential properties, and as of writing (3rd December 2011) it is unclear how they intend to dispose of them.

Some of NAMA's stock of properties may be sold by auction, since NAMA is obviously obliged to obtain the highest price possible for the properties it controls and an offering at auction may provide the best return for some properties.

NAMA has previously stated that they may sell properties by public auction, public tender, private treaty or whatever the normal market practice is for the particular
type of property they are selling.


Below we list some of the properties which have had sales agents appointed to deal with queries from the general public. These agents should be able to provide details such as the asking price, exact address, condition of the property, by which method is the property to be sold and so on.

Please note however, that a large majority of the 1,040 properties on NAMA's Property Enforced listing have still no sales agents appointed by the receivers.

For those properties on NAMA's Property Enforced list which have not yet had a sales agent appointed, interested parties are expected to contact the receiver appointed by NAMA for each particular property by email, providing their contact details and the name of the property they are interested in. You will find the contact email address on the receiver's website.

If you contact the receivers by letter or phone, you will be told that enquiries are being dealt with by email in the first instance.

The receiver will then pass your query on to the appointed sales agent and this may take some time to process. For legal reasons, the receiver may not immediately be in a position to tell you much more than what is on the Property Enforced document, or even when a sales agent will be appointed to deal with your enquiry.
