NAMA has recently announced that it will intends to sell 750 residential properties, although as yet it is unclear how they intend to dispose of them.
Some of NAMA's stock of properties may be sold by auction, since
NAMA is obviously obliged to obtain the highest price possible for the properties it controls and an offering at auction may provide the best return for some properties.
NAMA has previously stated that they may sell properties by public auction, public tender, private treaty or
whatever the normal market practice is for the particular
type of property they are selling.
