On the 22nd of December, 2011, NAMA updated the Property Enforced list to include an additional 36 properties that may be offered for sale shortly. They also included details of selling agents appointed during November 2011.

The total number of properties now amounts to 1,057 (which includes multiple properties, apartment blocks for example).

Below we list a summary of the new properties and the
receivers that you should contact if you are interested in
obtaining more details.

Only one property, "Certain units at City Square, Watercourse Road, Cork" has had a sales agent appointed (Savills Phone 021 4271371).

Recent reports from informed sources claim NAMA is finalising plans for special mortgages available through three banks, AIB, Bank of Ireland and Permanent TSB. As well as offering new mortgage products, NAMA has also suggested a Deferred Purchase Price Scheme.
